1. Seller Eligibility
- All sellers must apply for reseller status and be approved by XVault administration.
- Sellers must maintain a verified account in good standing with no history of fraud or abuse.
- XVault reserves the right to revoke seller privileges at any time for violations of these terms.
2. Product Standards
- All products uploaded must be accurately described with correct BIN, country, level, and validity rate information.
- Sellers are prohibited from selling duplicate or recycled products as fresh inventory.
- Products must be delivered in the specified format with all required fields populated.
- Misrepresentation of product quality or origin will result in immediate account suspension.
3. Commission & Payouts
- XVault charges a platform commission on all successful sales. The current rate is displayed in your seller panel.
- Payouts are processed upon request after reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold.
- Sellers are responsible for providing accurate BTC payout addresses.
- XVault is not responsible for lost payouts due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the seller.
4. Refund Policy for Sellers
- Sellers must honor valid refund requests submitted within the 15-minute replacement window.
- If a product is confirmed invalid or defective, the seller's commission will be reversed and the buyer refunded.
- Excessive refund rates may result in seller review, account restrictions, or permanent ban.
5. Base Upload Rules
- Bases must be uploaded in the approved format. Malformed or incomplete uploads will be rejected.
- Sellers must price products competitively and in accordance with platform guidelines.
- Uploading bases containing test data, fake cards, or placeholder information is strictly prohibited.
- All bases are subject to admin moderation before appearing in search results.
6. Conduct & Communication
- Sellers must conduct all business professionally through the platform's ticket system.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward buyers or staff will result in immediate termination.
- Sellers may not attempt to redirect buyers to external platforms or payment methods.
7. Termination
XVault reserves the right to terminate any seller account without notice for violations of these terms, platform abuse, or at the sole discretion of administration. Outstanding balances will be settled according to the payout schedule unless fraud is suspected.
